Cancellation Policy

Our policy is intended to be fair to our guests, yet prevent the loss of income to our business. Our location is such that we do not have a large volume of traffic past our exclusive B&B. 

We rent our accommodations by advanced reservation only. Once we reserve a guest house for you, we remove it from the market, refusing all other requests. If you cancel a reservation earlier than 30 days prior to your arrival date, we will refund your deposit, less $20.00 cancellation fee.  However, on cancellations of less than 30 but more than 14 days notice, we will refund you 1/2 of the deposit.  On cancellations of less than 14 days notice no refund of the deposit will be made.  Please understand that the deposit is non-transferable.
